If you are experiencing the following issues: F8/hotkey not working, corrupted clips, not picking up your game or other issues, please try to Repair Medal.
To Repair your Medal Desktop app, please do the following:
- Go to Settings >Help & Support
- Click on Start Repair.
Repairing your Medal app can help resolve most issues that you may be experiencing.
If you need to update your Medal Desktop app, look for the green arrow on your Medal app.
