How to Send Medal Logs

Send Your Medal Logs on Desktop

Sometimes the Medal team will need your logs to investigate bugs. Here's how:



  1. Click on the Help button.

  2. In the Upload Logs section, click on Scan For Logs.

  3. Type in a short description of your issue and click Send Logs.

If logs are sent randomly, you may not get a response but our team will likely review them. However, if you are in touch with support and have sent your logs, you should get a response back within 24 hours, if not sooner. Most people get a reply within 3 hours on average.
