Send your Medal Logs

By sharing this detailed information with Medal's support team, you contribute to a collaborative debugging process that not only addresses individual issues but also aids in continuous platform improvement. Learn how to send in your recorder logs and be an integral part of enhancing the Medal.TV experience for yourself and fellow users.

1. Click on the Help button. 
2. In the Upload Logs section, click on Scan For Logs.
3. Type in a short description regarding your issue and hit Send Logs.

If logs are sent randomly, you may not get a response but our team will likely review them. However, if you are in touch with support and have sent your logs, you should get a response back within 24 hours, if not sooner. Most people get a reply within 3 hours on average.
