In order for our team to further investigate technical issues, we'll need to see the log files that your Medal app creates. Here are the instructions on how to do that:
Go to Settings > Help & Support
From here, you can send us your logs from Medal. Click on Scan Logs and Medal will find the latest 5 logs.
In the text box below the logs, include a summary of the issue you are encountering.
(Please note, if we need to contact you for more information, we will reach out to you on Medal)
Next, select Send Recent Logs and they will go straight to a developer to investigate.
