Medal Early Access Guide

Most of our updates go through a testing phase which we do on our Early Access build. Here, you can test new features and bug fixes!

Please note: Early Access is Medal's Beta build. This is where we test new features and potential bug fixes. Due to this, the state of Early Access is constantly changing, so some features and fixes are not permanent. We do not recommend playing competitive games while using Early Access. If switching to Early Access does not resolve your issue, you can follow the instructions below to turn Early Access back off.

Enable Early Access

1. Open Medal
2. Click the ? button
3. Click on Go to Early Access
4. Select whether you would like to relaunch Medal now, or install Early Access on the next launch.

Reporting Bugs

We now have a new Discord channel just for Early Access! You can join it here: Medal Early Access. Should you run into any issues on early access, we have several channels you can post in for the developers to take a look at.

Revert to Live version

To revert back to the Live version of Medal, repeat the steps before!

1. Open Medal
2. Click the ? button
3. Select Leave Early Access
4. Select whether you would like to relaunch Medal now, or leave Early Access on the next launch.
