Troubleshooting Website Loading Issues
Clearing Cache and Cookies
One of the most common solutions to website loading issues is clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Here’s how to do it:
- Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Select All time for the time range.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
- Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the three lines in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Go to Options > Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
- Microsoft Edge:
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select All time for the time range.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Using Incognito Mode
If clearing the cache and cookies does not resolve the issue, try accessing the Medal website in Incognito Mode (or Private Browsing Mode). This mode does not use existing cookies or cache data, which can help determine if the issue is related to your browser settings.
- Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Select New incognito window.
- Try accessing the Medal website in the new window.
- Mozilla Firefox:
- Click the three lines in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Select New Private Window.
- Try accessing the Medal website in the new window.
- Microsoft Edge:
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Select New InPrivate window.
- Try accessing the Medal website in the new window.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider the following additional troubleshooting steps:
