Understanding Medal's Editors
Medal offers multiple editing tools to suit your needs:
- Quick Trimmer: The primary tool for trimming clips and removing audio. It's also the screen where you review clips, create links, post, or delete them.
- Full Session Editor: Designed for long recordings. Use it to cut multiple clips from one long video. After creating a clip, you can open it in the Quick Trimmer or the Advanced Editor.
- Advanced Editor: Ideal for more complex edits. Here, you can trim, split, and duplicate clips, as well as create montages by adding multiple clips to the timeline. Note that duplicating a clip in the Advanced Editor does not duplicate it in your library; it simply creates a copy for more advanced edits.
