It won't launch most times & can't trigger recordings even after choosing Start your Game (2 attachments - which won't detect game, keep getting an error) or Switch To Screen Recording option which will not launch either.
I've had to look for other screen recording programs because for 90% of the time i can't use Medal. I've written to support in the past and did all that was suggested...still no change, I love the interface and social media aspect (liking video clips to following accts) and the intuitive interface.
I've spoken to people that are having the same problems. What changed??

Seems like the recorder is unable to start properly.
Usually this means that there is a software blocking Medal from starting the recorder or blocking it from updating the recorder properly.
We highly recommend anyone that have this issue to open a Ticket with us so we can check why the recorder is not running properly.
I record all sessions.
