Installation 

Step 1. You can download Medal at https://mac.medal.tv

Step 2. Run the installer and Drag Medal to Application	You should be able to see the Medal launcher in your launchpad

Step 3. You will see a "Welcome to Medal for Mac" Screen

Step 4. Click the circle icon on the tray to open Preferences to change your hotkey. 

Permissions

Check if all permissions are enabled to be able to clip. To fix these issues, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy 

Open System Preferences	Security and Privacy

Check the box next to Medal For Mac on the following: 

• Input Monitoring
• Screen Recording

You may need to Click the lock to make changes

You will need to choose the Quit Now option after changing the settings for it to take effect.
