We no longer support Medal for Mac download. If you have the Medal app for Mac already downloaded, we cannot guarantee the status of the application and cannot further troubleshoot. 

That said, if you have an iPhone you can airdrop your clips from your Mac to your phone and use the mobile app to upload them.
