If Medal looks something like this, you may have Nvidia's Image Sharpening enabled.
Image Sharpening has been known to affect some programs in weird ways.
To disable Image Sharpening:
1) Open NVIDIA Control Panel by right-clicking in a blank area on your desktop |  |
2) Click Manage 3D Settings |  |
3) Go to your Global Settings and Image Sharpening to Off then click OK |  |
4) Click Apply in the lower right of the NVIDIA Control Panel to apply your changes |  |
