If you are encountering this issue, your install of Medal may be corrupt, or you may need to update Windows.

Update Windows

Open up your Windows Start menu or Search and type Updates. Click on Check for updates
Next, click the Check for updates button
If Windows finds any updates, it will either automatically begin downloading and installing the updates or it will prompt you to take action.
Restart your PC once updates are installed. Once your PC has restarted, repair Medal

Purge (Reinstall)

If the Windows update did not help or no updates are detected, your Medal installation may have become corrupted and needs a fresh install.
