Summer Blox Party Quests — What Counts and What Doesn't

Summer Blox Party runs through the month of June with four reward types: Robux, Limited UGC items, Medal Premium subscriptions, and Medal achievements. Platform rules vary by reward type. This article explains how to capture and post your clips so they count.

Platform rules by reward type

PC-only rewards (Robux, Medal Premium subscriptions, Medal achievements): Only credit clips captured on PC. Clips captured on mobile or imported manually on desktop will not count, even if the correct subgame is tagged afterward.

Cross-platform rewards (Limited UGC items): Credit clips captured on either PC or mobile.

How to make sure your clip counts

For a clip to count toward any Summer Blox Party reward, the game must be set to Roblox and the correct sub-experience must be tagged as the subgame at the time the clip is posted.

On PC

Launch the listed Roblox sub-experience from the quest card by clicking the Play [Game] button.
Make sure no other instance of Roblox is already open before launching.
Capture your clip during gameplay using your clip hotkey.
After capture, open the clip in Medal and find the GAME section in the clip details. You will see Roblox listed, with a + Tag Subgame button next to it.
Click + Tag Subgame, type the name of the Roblox experience the quest is for, and select it from the search results.
Post the clip to your Medal profile.

On Mobile (Limited UGC rewards only)

Capture or import your clip.
When posting the clip, set Roblox as the game and tag the correct sub-experience as the subgame.
Post the clip to your Medal profile.

What if my clip didn't count?

If you captured a clip on mobile for a PC-only reward (Robux, Medal Premium, or Medal achievements), that clip will not count. Adding the subgame after posting will not retroactively credit it. The same applies if you uploaded a clip manually on desktop (drag-and-drop import) and added the subgame afterward.

To earn PC-only rewards, capture a fresh clip on PC with the correct game and subgame set before posting.
