How to Share from Xbox to Medal.tv

You can easily share clips from your Xbox to your Medal.tv profile. This guide covers how to do this on Xbox, the Medal desktop app, iOS, and Android.

Step 1: Capture a Clip on Xbox

Press the Home button on your controller and navigate to Capture & Share > Recent captures
A list of your most recent captures will appear. If your clip is not in your most recent list, select Show All to view all your captures. Select the capture you want to share by pressing A on your controller
Press A on the upload icon
Select Twitter from the list
Most important: In the Tweet, make sure #XboxShare is added (Added by default) otherwise Medal will not be able to detect the clip.
Once posted, the Xbox will confirm that your capture has been posted to Twitter! After a few minutes, your clip will be uploaded to your Medal profile. You can now name and trim your clip directly in Medal!

Step 2: Share Clips from the Medal Desktop App

1. Open the Medal desktop app.
2. Go to Library and click the Import button at the top-left corner.
3. Select Import from Xbox.

4. Log in to your Xbox account if prompted.

5. Your recent Xbox clips will appear. Select the clip you want to upload and click Import to Medal.

6. Once imported, edit your clip as needed in Medal. Add a game title, tags, and captions before sharing.

Step 3: Share Xbox Clips via iOS

1. Open the Medal app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to Library > Albums > Highlights > Xbox Clips.

3. Select a clip and tap the Plus icon to post.

4. Log in with your Xbox account if needed.

5. Edit the clip by adding a title, tags, and game information, then press Post to share.

Step 4: Share Xbox Clips via Android

1. Open the Medal app on your Android device.
2. Navigate to Library, then tap the Plus icon at the top or bottom of the screen. Select Xbox Clips.

3. Log in to your Xbox account if prompted.

4. Select a clip to import. Edit its details (title, game, tags) and tap Post.

Important Notes

• Ensure your clip is uploaded to Xbox Live before importing it into Medal.
• Add the correct game title and tags for better discoverability on Medal.

After following these steps, your clip will appear in your Medal profile, ready to share with friends or on social media.
