There is no option in the custom game settings where you can change the quality nor fps of the clips. I think this would be really helpful for example geometry dash where you want to have high quality clips if you complete a very hard level and want to upload it on online leaderboards. But it takes of course more space, therefore you would have lower quality on other games but high on a specific game.
