I can't save all the clips I created on my computer and when it works for no reason the sound of my voice is not heard even though it can be heard on the app.

You may have a Custom Game Settings enabled for the game you are trying to Clip that has a different setup from your Global Settings:
Could you try removing that Custom Setting? To do that, go to Medal's Settings > Custom Game Settings then Select the Game's Preset, scroll down and click on the Delete button on that Game Preset's page.
