Every time I try to clip something, it won't go over 15 seconds. I've tried to press the 30 seconds option and the one minute option but they won't work. I've even restarted the app twice. Help!!!

You may have a Custom Game Settings enabled for the game you are trying to Clip that has a different setup from your Global Settings:
Could you try removing that Custom Setting? To do that, go to Medal's Settings > Custom Game Settings then Select the Game's Preset, scroll down and click on the Delete button on that Game Preset's page.
